The report provided by Kozy Home Inspections was very thorough. Ryan was professional, easy to talk to, and very experienced in all aspects of construction. He did a quality job, produced a great looking report, and in the end, helped ease my mind about two separate homes I purchased. I have already, and will continue to recommend him to others.

Wow!! Kozy Home Inspections was a great experience. Ryan was on time, provided much insight on the process as well as the items being reviewed and the issues that needed to be addressed. His report was quickly received and was quite in depth, highlighting the good and the bad with descriptions and photos.
I can’t speak to his contracting services, but he definitely knows what he is looking at. He will be contacted next spring to see if he has time to help with a garage.
